Adaptive Fitness

Fit to Function was started by a speech-language pathologist / brain injury specialist to help individuals recover beyond what traditional rehab could provide.

While many people are cut off by insurance at “good enough”, Better Than Good Enough® was born of the idea that everyone deserves the opportunity to recover beyond that.

We began as a program focused on stroke and brain injury survivors, but have grown to include all conditions, neurological and beyond. Some of the conditions we serve include but are not limited to: Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, Friedreich’s Ataxia, Functional Neurological Disorder, Spinal Cord Injury, ALS etc.

Our team of certified Adaptive and Inclusive Trainers tailors each session to your specific goals.

“FtF has changed my recovery trajectory.

I was unsure if I would ever walk again, never mind deadlift over 300lbs.

Jenna is always coming up with new strategies and cues that I continue to use in everyday life. I leave every session feeling confident and empowered. I can walk in my house and was finally able to move back into our 2nd floor bedroom.”
