WHAT WE OFFER

No matter where you are in your recovery journey or stage of life with a disability, we are here to help. Our expert Trainers are certified Adaptive & Inclusive Trainers, as well as medical professionals (speech and language pathologist and physical therapists), with experience across a wide range of fitness and medical/treatment facilities. The majority of our sessions are conducted alone in the gym, with the occasional 1-2 other private sessions occurring with other trainers at the same time, making your session private or semi-private. We also offer in-home, remote/virtual coaching and programming where applicable.

IN PERSON COACHING

1:1 sessions in the gym, focused on specific goals. This includes cognitive-communication treatment blended with fitness, where applicable.

REMOTE COACHING

1:1 sessions via zoom, wherever you are in the world.

Custom workouts written for you to complete on your own. 

With weekly check-ins, feedback, and remote coaching.
